Reflection 1

In the first lecture, we have been introduced to the new device that can be used as advanced teaching method that called "Smart Whiteboard". The lecturer that was explained about this device is Cik Siti Shamsiah. At first, we were told to install the smartboard software so that we can connect the laptop to the board...



Then,we tried using the board by doing assignment that was given by Cik Siti. At the moment,it was hard to use the board because we need to explore all of the tools in the software before we can do something different. However, after trying for several times I find that it was very easy and interactive to use the board. This is because the board has multifuntional that can be used such as image that can moved, some simulations activities, virtual clock, attractive sound and many more.

Not only that, when we were presenting the assignment it was so easy to handle the presentation because the spectator can take part in it. Some of the slideshow will need the audience to touch the board by themselves that will make them understand more about certain topics. Most of the audience also will be fascinated to use this technology rather tha using traditional method and it will attract many people especially teenagers to learn more...

From my opinion, this technology will help the teachers a lot when they give explanation to the students. The student will understand more about the topics and of course, they will pass with flying colours in the exam...
